Chatbot Troubleshooting Guide
Fix common create and update issues, including low source score and blocked save.
Common Issues
| Issue | Likely Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Cannot move past Step 1 | No successful source with score 3+ | Upload a better source and wait for success |
| Model is locked | Plan does not include that model | Use available model or upgrade plan |
| Cannot complete Step 3 | No valid support email | Add at least one valid email |
| Create/Save is disabled | One or more required fields are invalid | Review all 4 steps and fix highlighted fields |
